GENERAL
Do I need account to place order?
No, you can use guest checkout without creating an account, but with an account you have greater visibility to order history, order tracking and incremental discounts on future orders.
Do you have a physical location?
Our physical location located in West Oakland is open for special events when announced, but you can find us throughout the year as we bring our wares to art and music festivals near you. Click Find Us to see which events we’ll be exhibiting.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer daily deals on tees and cut tops and incremental discounts starting at 15% when you sign up. Check out all our regular special offers on our DAILY DEALS page.
Are there any open positions at Estilo Clothing
We currently don’t have any open positions, but as we continue to expand we are always looking to contract with experienced screen printers and seamstresses. If interested you can contact us through our Partner With Us page.
How do I book Estilo Clothing for an event?
We travel throughout the year with our pop-up booth, attending mostly music, art, and cultural events in California and neighboring states. Please contact us if you have an event that you think would be a good fit. Click here on our Partner With Us page to connect.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing for approved retail partners in our tees line in 20pc bundles per design. If you are a retailer and are interested, please contact us here. Click here on our Partner With Us page to connect.
Do you offer custom printing if I provide my artwork?
Yes, we offer limited custom bulk order printing for businesses, organizations, and events. To receive a quotation and availability, please submit artwork and project scope to us here. Click on our Partner With Us page to connect.

ORDERS
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted of unworn, unwashed items when request is submitted within five (5) days of receipt of goods and return is received within 30 days of order placement. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale or no-slae items are not eligible for return. To submit a Return Authorization request, please send an email to estilo@estiloclothing.com and provide the order number and reason for return.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and head to the Dashboard to view your order status. You can also check your email inbox (including your spam folder) for a shipping confirmation message with tracking details sent as soon as your order ships.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed same day when received by 3pm PST Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3pm are processed the following business day. We ship all orders via usps ground advantage, which has a 4 day transit time. Customer can upgrade to usps priority mail (air) on any order for an extra charge and has a 3 day transit time.
PAYMENT
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
Do you offer gift cards?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How do you ship orders?
To provide our customers with the best pricing, we ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which has a 4-day transit time. USPS Priority Mail (air) is available to you at an extra charge and has a 3-day transit time.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the USA, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from California. Mostly from our production facility in East LA and occasionally from our Gallery in West Oakland.
Do you offer free shipping?

HOW IT IS MADE
What materials are used in production?
We strive to only use all natural materials when sourcing garments and have been phasing out all synthetics from our product offering since 2020. Our current line consists of 100% premium combed cotton tees and cut tops, 100% ribbed cotton stretch dresses, 100% combed cotton CPSAI compliant baby onesies, and died rice paper prints. All graphics are applied using plastisol inks for long lasting designs.
How are your products made?
All garments and prints are hand screen printed in East LA by artist/owner/creator Jerry Limon with love and intention to ensure top quality and energy goes into every product delivered.
Are your products locally made?
Yes, we are currently producing all products in East LA, CA tapping into the local Fashion District area to source supplies.
What is the inspiration behind your products?
To put it simply it’s art and music on fashion. With our art we strive to capture an authentic idiom of black and brown culture through the global musical roots of our ancestors and their movements. Each design idea is thoroughly researched for accuracy in symbolism and aesthetics before going into production and sharing with communities to ensure that the intention and energy is correct on every product delivered.
